Basic Requirements for Registration
- For Individuals: Passport, valid Thai visa, proof of address (e.g., rental contract), and proof of a Thai income source.
For Companies: Company registration documents (Affidavit, Articles of Association, Shareholder list), corporate seal, and a registered address under a lease agreement or virtual office.
Corporate Tax & VAT Registration1
- VAT Registration Service: ฿5,000 – ฿10,000 (one-time fee).
- Virtual Office Rental (if needed for VAT address): ฿1,500 – ฿4,000 per month.
Monthly Tax Compliance (VAT & Withholding Tax): ฿3,000 – ฿7,000 per month (depending on transaction volume).
2. Required Documents
- Company Affidavit (DBD Certification): Issued within the last 30 days.
- Shareholders List (BOJ 5): Updated copy.
- Director’s Passport/ID: Signed copies of all authorized directors.
- House Registration (Tabien Baan): For the registered business address.
- Lease Agreement: Signed by the landlord, plus landlord's ID and property ownership proof.
- Photos of the Office: Must show the company nameplate and building exterior clearly.
Individual Tax Registration (TIN for Expats)1.
- TIN Application Service: ฿2,000 – ฿5,000 (one-time fee).
- Annual Personal Income Tax Filing (PND 90/91): ฿3,000 – ฿6,000 per year.
2. Required Documents
- Passport & Visa: Signed copies of the photo page and current visa stamp.
- Work Permit: If already employed in Thailand.
- Proof of Residence: TM.30 form, rental contract, or yellow house book.
- Proof of Income: Employment contract or proof of foreign funds transferred into Thailand.
